Data for the S5 network is shared via the National Institute for Earth Physics (Romania), see https://eida-sc3.infp.ro/fdsnws/station/1/query?network=S5&nodata=404&format=text.
There is one other organization from Slovenia already on the steering committee https://www.fdsn.org/structure/#steer, the Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO), operators of the Seismic Network of the Republic of Slovenia https://www.fdsn.org/networks/detail/SL/.
