Is there a reason that the FDSN data center registry cannot be
populated with the existing data centers from the legacy list? While
it would be best if each data center would update their own
information, that has not happened and it seems a shame for the legacy
list to be so much more complete. Copying the information for any
datacenter that has not already updated themselves seems an easy
solution.
