| Description |
The AusArray project is a continent-scale passive seismic initiative led by Geoscience Australia, aimed at systematically mapping the structure of the Australian continent through the deployment of broadband seismic stations. The project involves approximately 150 stations that migrate across the country to achieve uniform coverage, with a target spacing of around 50 km. Stations are arranged in a grid pattern and are typically deployed at each site for 12 to 24 months. |
