| Description | Permanent network in Armenia, created and operated jointly by the A. Nazarov Institute of Geophysics and Engineering Seismology (IGES) and the Institute of Geophysics, China Earthquake Administration (IGP-CEA), since December 2024. The network currently comprises nine stations. Five integrated stations collocate a broadband seismometer (120 s), a strong-motion accelerometer, a continuous GNSS receiver for geodynamic observations and a weather sensor; four short-period stations complement them. Sensors are installed on isolated piers in underground vaults. Data are transmitted in real time by satellite (VSAT) and 5G to the data center in Gyumri, which also runs earthquake early warning. Aims: seismicity monitoring, strong-motion recording, crustal deformation and seismic hazard assessment. The network records local, regional (Taurus–Caucasus region) and teleseismic earthquakes. |

| Additional Notes | The network serves both scientific research and operational monitoring, including earthquake early warning. Data are archived at the IGES data center in Gyumri, Armenia, and access is coordinated by the Chinese–Armenian International Associated Laboratory of Earthquake Monitoring and Simulation. Data are available on request for research and educational purposes (iges@sci.am). |
