Two strong motion sensors (Nanometrics Titan accelerometers linked to Nanometrics Centaurs) have been installed on Princes' Islands (Sivriada and Müykiada islands) that are located as close as possible to the North Anatolian Fault to allow for rapid detection of an earthquake. Data will be fully open.
