Start date Jan. 1, 2005 End date Dec. 31, 2006
Short description

A short deployment of CMG-6T sensor (3-components, response 30sec-50 Hz) for recording micro-earthquakes in the area of the boundary between the ruptures of the Aceh (December 26, 2004) and Nias (March 28, 2005) earthquakes.
The deployment complements a contemporaneous deployment of ocean bottom seismometers by IfM-Geomar and BGR.
