Description

We will deploy 4 land-based seismic stations for receiver function analysis. Converted waves will be used to estimate the thickness of the lithosphere along the Samoan island chain.We will place stations on 3 of the 4 principal Samoan Islands: 2 stations on Savaii (Independent Samoa), 1 on Tau (American Samoa) and 1 on Tutuila (American Samoa).
