PNSN is the Tier-1 regional seismic network of the Advanced National Seismic System (ANSS) in Cascadia; responsible for reporting on seismicity within the US states of Oregon and Washington. PNSN operates more than 330 seismic stations in the region ( ~ 110 short period, > 40 broadband, >100 continuous real-time and > 80 triggered strong motion), under network codes UW and UO. PNSN central processing facilities are located at the University of Washington, with a major operations center at the University of Oregon. PNSN collaborates closely with the USGS Cascades Volcano Observatory who contribute data under the CC network code. PNSN produces a single seismicity catalog for the region, which is available at the PNSN website or through the ANSS ComCat.
