FDSN Network Information

FDSN code 9B (2012-2013) Operated by University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)
Network name Tomographic Imaging of Silali and Paka Volcanoes (Silali) Deployment region United States
Start date Oct. 1, 2012 End date March 1, 2013
Short description

This is an experiment to tomographically image the magma chambers beneath Silali and Paka volcanoes. These are recently active volcanoes within the northern Rift Valley of Kenya.
