FDSN Network Information

FDSN code 1M (2016-2016) Operated by Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS)
Network name Source Physics Experiment Phase 1 Large-N Array (SPE1-LargeN) Deployment region United States of America
Start year 2016 End year 2016
Short description

The SPE Phase 1 Large-N array used 996 sensors within a 2km by 2.5km area. The SPE5 data set spans 2-minutes around the SPE-5 explosion. The data starts at 55 seconds before the SPE-5 detonation. The FREY data are extracted data for weight drops at 53 locations. There are multiple drop repeats at each location. Each segy file represents one weight drop.
